AML have been supporting Canaan Trust for over 12 years.  Below is an Brief overview:

 

Since 1995, the Canaan Trust (an independent homeless charity) has supported the homeless and those threatened with becoming homeless from across our Local Communities. The Trust looks to provide person-centred support, specifically tailored to the needs of each unique individual who seeks our help
